Privacy Policy

RisksVisionML (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a quantitative machine-learning indicator platform for cryptocurrency markets. We respect your privacy and process personal data only as described in this policy and applicable law.

Registration requires your prior, express, and informed authorization before we collect or process personal data, as required by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and related regulations. By checking the consent box during sign-up and creating an account, you authorize processing as described in this policy. Passive use of the site without an account does not substitute for this authorization. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

Depending on how you use RisksVisionML, we may collect:

• Account and identity data — email address, display name, profile photo (when you sign in with Google or email via Firebase Authentication), Firebase user ID, and account role.
• Profile and settings — optional Telegram handle, phone number, timezone, notification preferences (email and web push), and subscription tier/status.
• Billing data — subscription plan, payment reference, transaction status, amount and currency (COP via Wompi), and optional legal identification fields required for certain payment methods (document type and number). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.
• Usage and technical data — pages visited, feature access tied to your subscription, IP address, browser/device type, and standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Integration data — if you connect third-party channels (such as Telegram or Discord), we store the identifiers and preferences needed to deliver alerts you configure.

We do not require you to connect an exchange account to use indicator features. We do not custody your funds or execute trades on your behalf.

We use personal data to:

• Create and authenticate your account
• Provide ML indicators, dashboards, simulators, and subscription-gated features
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related communications
• Deliver notifications you opt into (email or web push)
• Improve platform reliability, security, and product experience
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

Where applicable, we rely on:

• Contract — processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests — securing the platform, preventing abuse, and improving indicators (balanced against your rights)
• Consent — registration and optional notifications or integrations where required, including prior, express, and informed authorization under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012
• Legal obligation — tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory requests

We share data only with service providers that help us operate RisksVisionML, such as:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and identity services
• Wompi — payment processing in Colombia
• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting — secure storage of account and application data (PostgreSQL)
• Messaging platforms — Telegram or Discord when you enable integrations

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal data.

International data transfer. By using RisksVisionML, you expressly authorize the international transfer and processing of your personal data to infrastructure providers located outside Colombia (such as Google Firebase for authentication and cloud hosting providers in the United States or the European Union for PostgreSQL and application services). These providers maintain security standards and contractual or regulatory data protection obligations appropriate to the services they provide.

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements. Payment transaction logs may be kept longer where required by financial regulations.

You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention obligations. Some anonymized indicator and analytics data may remain in aggregate form.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you
• Update or rectify inaccurate data
• Request suppression (deletion) when applicable
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for optional communications
• Export your data in a portable format where technically feasible
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Colombia (Habeas Data). If you are in Colombia, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, and suppression under Law 1581 of 2012 by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@risksvision.xyz. You may also file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential handling for infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RisksVisionML is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
