RisksVision is a quantitative trading technology platform that publishes systematic cryptocurrency indicators produced by machine-learning models and rule-based risk frameworks. We analyze market data, generate probabilistic signals, and present performance telemetry through dashboards, strategy rules, and delivery channels (such as web push notifications or Telegram integration). We publish indicators only — we do not connect to your exchange, execute trades on your behalf, or offer copy trading in the current product phase.

Our team builds tools for traders who want transparent, data-driven indicators — not discretionary tips or portfolio management. Subscription tiers unlock additional assets, analytics, simulators, and delivery channels; the underlying methodology remains systematic and documented in our Strategy rules.

RisksVision provides systematic crypto indicators generated by machine-learning models and quantitative rules. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation to trade. Past performance and back-tested statistics do not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating indicators and for all trading decisions.

RisksVision is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or financial planner. We do not manage client funds, execute orders for you, or personalize recommendations to your financial situation. Any examples, statistics, win rates, R-multiples, or equity curves are illustrative records of model outputs, not promises of future performance.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Do not rely on our indicators as the sole basis for any investment or trading action.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

Paid plans (Basic, Premium, and future tiers) are billed according to the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Wompi in Colombian pesos (COP) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you also accept the payment processor's terms where applicable.

• Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless canceled
• Access to tier-gated features requires an active subscription at that tier
• Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy and applicable law
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods

Colombia — right of withdrawal (retracto). Under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), you expressly acknowledge and agree that access to RisksVision paid services (Basic and Premium) constitutes the delivery of digital content and the provision of a service that begins execution immediately upon activation. Once your subscription access to signals, dashboards, and related features is enabled, the right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) will not apply, because the service will have begun to be performed with your prior consent. This exception applies to the extent permitted by Colombian law for digital content and immediately executed services.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or scrape signals or dashboards without written permission
• Reverse engineer models, circumvent tier gates, or probe systems for vulnerabilities
• Use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or harassment
• Misrepresent RisksVision outputs as guaranteed profits or regulated investment advice
• Share account access in ways that violate your plan limits

RisksVision, its logos, software, models, signal logic, charts, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or authorized commercial use according to your subscription. No other rights are granted.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Leverage, liquidity gaps, exchange outages, and model error can cause significant losses. Our medium risk profile, breakeven rules, and drawdown targets describe how signals are structured — they do not eliminate risk.

Simulators and historical stats assume past conditions. Live results will differ. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

RisksVision does not guarantee that signals or notifications will be delivered instantly or without interruption. Latency, network congestion, internet outages, or third-party service failures (including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, or web browser push services) may delay or prevent notification delivery. You acknowledge that acting on a delayed indicator carries significant financial risk and is your sole responsibility.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF INDICATORS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISKSVISION AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF INDICATORS OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RisksVision from claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; we may terminate access for breach or operational reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect after termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
